I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and cozy, but I found the noise from the street a bit disturbing at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.

For me, this hotel was a gem in the heart of Lucca. The rooms were cozy with a nice view, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
